DRINK WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH
It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. To me it was so meaningful,A Glass of water....is an answer to how we can take care of our own life with out any cost/stress/effort/help.
Am doing it now for almost 6 months and I can vouch for the effect.
Initially it was annoying to run for an emergancy urination, but now it has become routine.
